Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will supervise a small but dynamic team (4–6 staff), champion operational excellence, and execute innovative business, marketing, and PR strategies across our study abroad, luxury vacation tours, group trips, and admissions divisions.
Worccor is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Client Relations & Digital Operations Associate role. We’re looking for a smart, creative, and organized professional to manage client data, communication, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, staff performance, workflow, and training.
Build efficient business systems and deliver top-tier client service models.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new students and travelers.
Develop and roll out marketing campaigns for international flight tickets, luxury vacation and group tour packages.
Seek new business opportunities, close partnership deals, and coordinate PR initiatives that strengthen our education, travel, and hospitality reputation.
Consistently deliver measurable results in client acquisition, retention, and overall business growth
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in business, Management, Hospitality, or Travel/Tourism (mandatory)- Preferably Private University graduate of one of the Top 3-5 Private Universities.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in education or business consulting, travel, tours, luxury hospitality, or flight ticketing—with a strong record of performance and business delivery.
Team leadership skills with proven results managing small, fast-paced, service-driven teams.
Expertise in international education admissions and direct sales/marketing of travel and tour services.
Excellent communication, organizational, and partnership-building abilities.
International exposure is highly valued—preferably candidates who good travel history, either for leisure or personal development purposes.
Compensation & Incentives:
Base monthly salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Annual performance bonus: 50–75% of annual base, awarded for hitting or exceeding aggressive business growth targets.
Focused recruiting and travel sales season: 6–8 months/year—critical to delivering large results in concentrated timeframes.
